We are committed to your vision and your health, so we would like to advise you that we are available, by appointment only, if you have an eye care emergency please contact using our contact form or calling 780-476-7631.

In the event of an ocular emergency, breakage of your glasses or loss of contact lenses, please call and leave us a detailed message with your name and contact information. Messages will be checked every 48 hrs. We will then contact you to evaluate the situation and make an appointment if necessary.

If you are expecting the delivery of your purchase of glasses or contact lenses, we will contact you as soon as we receive them in order to evaluate the best delivery option for you.

If you have an eye emergency but have travelled in the last 14 days or if you have flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough and breathing difficulties, or if you have been in contact with someone at risk, you should contact Health Link 811. Our phones and office will be open for emergencies only from 12pm - 3pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday as of March 20th, to leave a message press *221
